"Look, I'm not going to sit here and pretend I had it all figured out. I didn't.

I was a 12 year old kid who left Algeria and landed in New York City with nothing but curiosity and a hunger to figure life out. I tried everything — different schools, different universities, different degrees, different jobs, different industries, different versions of myself. From cleaning office buildings to becoming a flight attendant, from mortgages to eventually leading some of the most successful sales teams in the automotive industry. Each one taught me something about who I was and what I was actually capable of.

Somewhere along the way two people who knew me better than I knew myself pushed me into car sales. I thought they were crazy. My first month I genuinely tried to fail. But something shifted. One month became two. One win became a habit. And before I knew it I was leading teams, building departments from scratch, and turning struggling operations into some of the most profitable in the business.

But here's the thing — none of that came from tactics or pressure. It came from people. From genuinely believing in someone before they believed in themselves. From staying in the trenches with them until they found their footing.

That's still all I do. Just in a different setting now.

Today I live an amazing life with my wife and our baby boy, based in the UK — yes, with my New York City accent and all — travelling the world regularly. Not because of luck. But because I made a decision that if it's going to happen it's up to me. And I never stopped moving in that direction.

Anything is possible. And it's never too late.
